Armenian Actress in Hollywood

Angela Sarafyan was born in Armenia and moved with her parents to the United States at the age of four.

She plays “Samantha Evans” on The Good Guys and “Stormy” on Sex Ed: The Series. She has played guest-star roles in several television series such as Judging Amy (2000), Buffy the Vampire Slayer (2002), The Shield (2004), The Division (2004), 24 (2006), South of Nowhere (2006), CSI: NY (2006) and The Mentalist (2008). She will also play Tia (an Egyptian vampire) in the upcoming Twilight movie, Breaking Dawn.
In 2007, she guest-starred on the series Cold Case, in the episode “Torn”.
She has also acted in several feature film productions: On The Doll (2007), Kabluey (2007) (with Lisa Kudrow and Teri Garr), The Informers (2008) (with Billy Bob Thornton), and A Beautiful Life (2008) (with Dana Delany).
In 2008, she had a recurring role in the USA Network series In Plain Sight. In 2010 she appeared in a nation-wide commercial for State Farm Insurance, as well as a commercial for Captain Morgan’s Lime Bite.
In 2010 she joined the cast of The Good Guys. Her role is the offbeat and socially awkward Samantha Evans.
She has also acted as one of the main characters of a short series Hot Sluts from Atom.com which is also featured on Comedy Central Late Night. She plays a cocktail waitress for the bar Scenarios, notoriously known for tight-clothed servers. Her role is very abrasive and attacks any sexual assault by the touchy men in the club, she also stays particularly defensive of the new girl Amber (Alison Brie), but remarkably antagonistic to the other waitresses.
She is sometimes credited as Angela Sarafian.
